GoECart emerges as Pulse Commerce.

Manish Chowdhary founded GoECart in the year 2000 in his dorm room at the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Since then, and for over a decade, hundreds of retailers of all shapes and sizes have relied on GoECart to execute on their vision.

Just last week GoECart announced a major rebranding.  Going forward their name will be Pulse Commerce. The change reflects a deeper focus on helping mid-market merchants achieve omnichannel excellence.

Pulse Commerce’s new software platform is changing the game for the mid-market retailers.

Retailers are facing threats from every direction. Brick-and-mortar stores are closing at an epic pace. Consumers are demanding to be served in ways unimaginable just 10 years ago. With margins tight, or even negative, retailers are squeezing pennies out of fulfillment and shipping. Meanwhile, the traditional Order Management System (OMS) vendors, which enable these capabilities, are focused on serving the top 500 retailers in the fight against Amazon, but are leaving thousands of large, but not-large-enough, companies behind.University Bridgeport Software Startup Rebrands
